NLFCD & 2-7 NL: 3,000/5,000, 8,000 Ante
Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo
Action was picked up on the flop in a hand between Joshua Kay in the cutoff and Joshua Ray in the big blind.
The flop read 8♠4♠J♣ and Ray moved all in for 38,000 and Kay called to put Ray at risk.
Joshua Ray: 7♦4♥4♦3♥
Joshua Kay: A♠A♥9♣7♠
Ray had flopped bottom set while Kay had flopped the nut flush draw and a gutter. The turn 10♣ gave Kay the straight and left Ray looking to improve his hand with a board pair, or to make a low and survive. The river Q♦ changed nothing and Kay raked in the pot while Ray was eliminated from the tournament.
