Wheely Good Start for Wesson

Level 16

Pot-Limit 2-7 Triple Draw

Kevin Xu opened the button, David Wesson three-bet from the big blind, and Xu called.

Wesson stood pat and Xu took one and called a bet of 15,000.

Xu took one again and Wesson led for 20,000. Xu then jammed for 66,000 and Wesson snapped it off. Both players turned over their hands despite there being one draw left.

Kevin Xu: 8x7x6x5x2x All in
David Wesson: 7x5x4x3x2x

Realizing his mistake Xu ditched the eight and the six but bricked as he hit the exit in a cooler scenario as Wesson was dealt number one.
