Rheem versus Fiorenza The Second Coming
Michael Fiorenza raised to 450,000 from early position, and action folded to Chino Rheem in the small blind who three-bet to 2,000,000, leaving himself just 50,000 behind. Fiorenza called.
The flop came 7♠10♥4♠ and Fiorenza announced all-in but out of turn as Rheem was first to act. The floor were called, and it was ruled that Fiorenza's action would stand unless Rheem changed the action beforehand. Rheem, therefore, checked, and Fiorenza moved all-in, and Rheem snap-called.
Chino Rheem: 10♠10♦
Michael Fiorenza: Q♠Q♣
In a role reversal from a previous hand Rheem had now sucked out on Fiorenza and was looking good for a full double up. The turn of the 9♦ did not change anything, nor did the 5♦ on the river, and Rheem was pushed the massive pot.
