Pedro Marques Eliminated in 9th Place ($51,266)

Level 34 : Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante
Pedro Marques
Pedro Marques

Pedro Marques raised to 2,750,000 from the small blind, and left only a 100,000 chip behind. Rostyslav Sabishchenko opted to go all-in to force Marques to throw in his final chip as the two went to a showdown with Marques at risk.

Pedro Marques: K6All in
Rostyslav Sabishchenko: K10

Sabishchenko held the better king high, and that proved to be the difference maker as Marques was unable to find any magic on the Q472Q board.

Marques earned $51,266 for his ninth-place finish. His elimination caused the two tables to combine into the official final table.

Tamer Kamel raised and made the quick call when Yuan Yu moved all in on his left.

Yuan Yu: A10 All in
Tamer Kamel: K5

Yu hit a pair on the 34A flop, with Kamel asking the dealer for a deuce. The 7 turn was safe for Yu, but the dealer delivered Kamel his 2 river to make a straight. The table reacted as Yu was sent out in 10th place.

Ruslan Nazarenko Eliminated in 11th Place ($40,139)

Level 34 : Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante
Ruslan Nazarenko
Ruslan Nazarenko

Rostyslav Sabishchenko raised to 1,000,000 from the small blind, which was enough to put Ruslan Nazarenko all-in. Nazarenko was called to be at risk for his tournament.

Ruslan Nazarenko: 1010All in
Rostyslav Sabishchenko: 98

Sabischenko needed to suckout in order to topple the pocket tens of Nazarenko, and that was precisely what he did when the flop came 869 to improve to two pair, while Nazarenko could still win with a set or a straight.

The 9 turn eliminated the straight outs of Nazarenko, making the 7 river useless as Nazarenko finished in 11th place.

Nazarenko earned $40,139 for his finish.

Stern and Weng Trade Doubles

Level 34 : Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante

Zheyu Weng moved all in from under the gun for 1,000,000, and Netanel Stern told the table that he didn't need to look to make the call.

Zheyu Weng: 98 All in
Netanel Stern: 1010

Stern found pocket tens, but Weng picked up outs on the J39 flop. The 5 turn changed nothing, but Weng caught two pair on the 8 river to double up.

One hand later, Weng was all in again from the big blind after Stern raised in the small blind.

Zheyu Weng: A2 All in
Netanel Stern: Q10

Weng survived again after catching the only pair on the 32J7A runout.

A few hands later, it was Stern all in for 2,350,000 in the cutoff, at risk against Weng on the button.

Netanel Stern: KJ All in
Zheyu Weng: 88

Stern found the help he needed on the 5AAKJ board, besting Weng's pocket pair to get some chips back.

Tamer Kamel chose to go all-in from the small blind and was called by Vitalijs Zavorotnijs in the big blind. Zavorotnijs was at risk for his final 3,800,000.

Vitalijs Zavorotnijs: A7All in
Tamer Kamel: K8

Zavorotnijs held the slight lead, but the 1082 flop changed that as it gave Kamel a pair of eights.

The turn was a sweat as it came the 10 to give Zavorotnijs a flush draw, but it was not meant to be on the 10 river, which sent Zavorotnijs out in 12th place.

Zavorotnijs earned $31,864 for his finish.
