Ace-King Versus Ace-King Does Not End in a Chop

Level 6 : Blinds 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Barak Wisbrod opened the cutoff to 10,000 and Shoichiro Hamada called on the button. In the big blind, David Peters squeezed to 45,000. Wisbrod then announced all-in, Hamada folded, and Peters snapped it off as the effective stack for 299,000.

David Peters: AK All in
Barak Wisbrod: AK

A chop was looking likely until the Q95 flop gave Peters a flush draw. Nothing changed on the 8 turn until the 10 landed on the river, giving Peters the flush and the full double, and Wisbrod took in on the chin as he tossed out his payment.
