Straight on Board as Soverel Gets the Max
Level 15
: Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Sam Soverel opened the cutoff to 70,000 before Dale Roesel three-bet to 245,000 from the small blind, and Soverel called.
The J♠10♦8♦ flop checked through to the 7♥ turn which saw Roesel lead for 125,000 and Soverel put in the call.
On the 9♣ river, a straight was now on the board as Roesel bet 320,000. Soverel would then jam for 775,000 and Roesel called fairly quick. Soverel revealed Q♥10♥ for the higher end of the straight and Roesel mucked his hand as he cut out the payoff chips.
