With two players seeing a board of A♣5♣J♥ and just under 15,000 in the middle, Thomas Boivin bet 2,000 from the cutoff and Denis Charlier raised to 8,000 from the button. Boivin called.
Both players checked the K♣ turn leading to the Q♠ river. Boivin bet 12,000 and Charlier went into the tank for a few minutes until the clock was called. Charlier called soon after.
Boivin showed top set with A♠A♦ which was good at showdown to take the sizable pot.
