Soverel Continues to Climb

Level 26 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Sam Soverel opened to 160,000 from the button and Leonard Maue defended from the big blind.

Both players checked the 289 flop leading to the 6 turn. Maue bet 300,000 and Soverel called.

Maue continued for 650,000 on the 2 river. Soverel contemplated for a couple of minutes before calling again.

Maue could only show J7 for a missed straight draw, turned into a bluff. Soverel tabled 85 for just second pair to win the hand.
