Martin Kabrhel had just taken his seat and was tangled in a hand with 2023 champion of this event Josh Arieh.
With the board reading A♣9♦6♦2♥ on the turn, Arieh led from the big blind and Kabrhel called in the cutoff.
On the 5♥ river, Arieh led again and Kabrhel quickly put in the call as Arieh tabled A♦3♣ for the winner with his top pair.
