Hebert Doubles Through Owen
Level 4
: Blinds 300/500, 500 ante
Adam Owen opened to 1,200 from middle position and called a three-bet of 3,000 from Joseph Hebert, who was on the button.
Owen checked to Hebert, who continued for 3,000 on the 3♣8♣3♥ flop. Owen check-raised enough to put Hebert all in and Hebert called all in for 18,200 total.
Joseph Hebert: Q♣Q♥
Adam Owen: J♣2♣
Owen was drawing, but the 10♦A♦ runout kept Hebert's ladies best and he was awarded the double-up.
