Snowmen Good For Bona
Level 7
: Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Daniel Defreitas came in for a raise from early position, and only Thomas Bona called on the button.
Defreitas bet 1,600 after the dealer fanned the A♥4♦4♠ flop, and Bona stuck in the call.
Both players checked the 9♠ turn before the 9♦ completed the board.
Defreitas tabled K♠7♠ and was playing the board, but it was no good against Bona's 8♠8♦ for a pair of eights.
