Liebert Continues Strong Day 2d
Level 7
: Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
There were over 17,000 in the middle on a flop that read 8♠J♥6♦2♦ when this hand was picked up.
Kathy Liebert chose to bet 16,000 from early position. Jermain Gerlin was unfazed and made the call.
Both players slowed down with a check on the K♦ river.
Liebert showed A♥8♥ for a pair of eights. It was good enough as Gerlin tapped the table, then sent his cards into the muck as Liebert continued to chip up.
