Froehlich was already out of his seat after seeing he needed a miracle to crack Chen's aces.
The 8♥4♥8♦ flop was no help, although the 3♥ turn gave Froehlich a flush draw to go with his two remaining jacks.
As Froehlich made his way toward the exit, the dealer peeled the 10♥ on the river to complete his backdoor flush. Oblivious to what had just happened, he was already about 10 yards away and pushing open the exit doors before shouts from the table stopped him in his tracks.
A stunned Froehlich turned around to discover he had somehow won the pot. Smiling from ear to ear, he made the much happier walk back to his seat with a fresh lease of life in the Main Event.
