McCray Doubles Through Andrews With a Set
Level 9
: Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
From the hijack, with around 45,000 in the pot and the board showing 8♦A♣10♦2♥, Michael McCray jammed for about 53,000. The action was on Cherish Andrews on the button, who went deep into the tank before eventually making the call.
Michael McCray: 8♣8♠
Cherish Andrews: XxXx
Andrews was already drawing dead against McCray's set of snowmen, making the J♥ river a mere formality. McCray doubled up during the penultimate level of the day.
