Suzuki Takes From Zhao With Top Set
Level 12
: Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
With around 20,000 already in the pot on the 7♥9♣8♦A♥ board, Cheng Zhao checked from the big blind, and Kazuto Suzuki bet 6,000 from early position. Zhao came back with a check-raise to 14,000, and Suzuki made the call.
The J♠ completed the board, and Zhao fired 25,000. Suzuki paused for a few moments before calling.
Zhao tabled 9♥7♠ for two pair, but Suzuki had him beat with A♣A♠ for top set, earning him the pot.
