Vieth Jams Into Lombard on the Stone Bubble

Level 16 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Mason Vieth
Mason Vieth

With at least two all-in and calls visible already, the camera crew was on table 182 with Nicholas Hellmuth on a short stack out of the small blind. Anthony Lombard raised to 16,000 and was called by Mason Vieth on the button and Josue Aguirre in the big blind. On the 644 flop, Lombard's bet of 20,000 was called by Vieth only, and they headed to the K turn.

Lombard bet 65,000 and Vieth called, albeit reluctantly, as they went to the Q river. Lombard fired a bet of 250,000, and Vieth pushed all in for 705,000. He was covered by Lombard, who asked for a count and went deep into the tank for several minutes before he opted to fold.
