O'Donnell Doubles Through Leng
Level 17
: Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Ryan Leng opened to 22,000 from early position and called a three-bet of 75,000 from Matthew O'Donnell, who was in the small blind.
O'Donnell bet 175,000 on the A♦5♣9♦ flop and Leng announced he was all in. O'Donnell quickly called all in for 299,000 total and a showdown was held.
Matthew O'Donnell: A♥K♠
Ryan Leng: A♠Q♠
O'Donnel had Leng dominated, but the Q♥ turn left him drawing to three outs after pairing Leng's queen.
In another dramatic turn, the K♣ landed on the river — putting O'Donnell back on top with a higher two pair for the double up.
