Riess Doubles Up With Flopped Set
Level 20
: Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Ryan Riess was seen shipping his last 340,000 into a pot of 375,000 from the big blind. The board had been dealt up until the turn and read 6♠K♥J♣10♣. Jeremy Hyman on the button tanked for several minutes before he called to put Riess at risk.
Ryan Riess: 6♥6♦
Jeremy Hyman: K♦8♣
Hyman's top pair had no outs remaining against Riess' set, and the 10♥ river upgraded the 2013 Main Event champion to a full house, doubling him up in style.
