With about 1,800,000 already in the pot, three players looked down at a flop of 2♦4♣K♠. Liubomyr Melnyk was first to act from the small blind and bet 425,000. Matthew Lapossie called from middle position, while Dutch Boyd folded from the cutoff.

The dealer put out the 7♥ turn, and Melnyk jammed for around 1,200,000. Lapossie swiftly got out of the way, giving up the pot to Melnyk.
