Hammoud Wins Last Pot Before the Break
Level 35
: Blinds 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante
Hossein Ensan raised to 1,200,000, and Daniel Savas in the big blind called. The A♦Q♠2♣ flop was checked to Ensan, who bet 700,000 and took down the pot.
In the last hand before the break on the main table, Rami Hammoud raised to 1,200,000. Savas called in the small blind, and Thomas Clack came along in the big blind. They headed to the K♣K♥3♦ flop that both blinds checked to Hammoud. He bet 800,000 and Savas folded, whereas Clack stuck around to see the 2♣ on the turn.
Clack checked once more and so did Hammoud, leading to the 4♥ river. Once again they checked, and Clack showed the A♥9♥, but was beaten by the 4♠2♠ of Hammoud.
