The players checked down the 2♣ turn to see the 7♦ roll off on the river.

Chau went into the tank, before he cut out a bet of 675,000, and pushed it across the betting line. Kuhn then went deep into the tank and asked Chau, 'Did the river help you that much?'

The answer wasn't satisfactory for Kuhn and he tossed in the call and tabled K♥6♦ for third pair which was good against Chau's A♥9♥ bluff.
