Marcus Gets Million
Level 23
: Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
The hand was picked up on the flop, with Lorenzo Munsayac raising all in from the button on a board of 5♥9♦9♣.
Daniel Marcus, who started the betting from under the gun shoved over the top.
Scott Horvath said the math made him call. "Two hundred (thousand chips) to win a million? Have to," he said.
Lorenzo Munsayac: K♠K♥
Daniel Marcus: A♦A♥
Scott Horvath: Q♣10♦
The river and turn of J♦3♠ didn't change anything, as Marcus ran off with the win, thanks to his pocket aces.
