He secured a full double-up and stayed alive in the tournament.
Casey Sandretto, under the gun, and Liubomyr Melnyk had already built a 120,000 pot when the flop dropped 3♠Q♣5♦.
Sandretto fired 55,000, and Melnyk raised it to 185,000. Sandretto, took a significant time thinking what to do next. In the end, he went beyond and made it 420,000. Without hesitation, Melnyk went all-in for 1,480,000. Sandretto, covered just by a little, snap-called.

Melnyk had flopped a two-pair but was beaten by Sandretto's set. The table watched the hand with excitement, as it was a battle of the biggest stacks on the table. Melnyk still had outs which may eliminate Sandretto and put him into one of the chip leads of the field but the dealer peeled a 8♣ turn and a 10♥ river.
It took sometime for the dealer to count the chips but eventually pushed most of Melnyk's stack towards Sandretto's direction.
There were roughly 100,000 chips in the pot on a flop of 4♣6♦7♠.
Mykhailo Lendel, in the big blind, checked to Kartik Ved on the button, who checked behind to bring in the turn.
Lendel led out for 30,000 on the J♥ turn, but Ved raised to 100,000. Lendel snap-called.
When the J♣ landed on the river, Lendel fired again for 265,000, putting Ved all in. This time, Ved snap-called.
Lendel tabled Q♣7♦ for two pair, sevens and jacks, but it was no match for Ved's trip jacks. Ved revealed A♣J♦ and scooped the pot.
Action was caught with Jonathan Little, with 45,000 chips, engaged in an all-in situation against Lexy Gavin-Mather.

Lexy Gavin-Mather: J♠J♣
Little was looking at a potential double up when he caught top pair on the 7♦2♥A♣ flop. The runout 6♥10♣ didn't help Gavin-Mather, securing Little's chance to build his stack into a healthier state.
The pot stood at around 130,000 with the flop already showing 9♣7♦A♥. Andrew Robinson checked before calling a 40,000 bet from Manjunath Mulinti.
Both players checked through the 3♠ turn.
On the 4♦ river, Robinson led out for 30,000, and Mulinti made the call. Robinson tabled 10♦10♥, which was good enough to take down the pot as Mulinti sent his cards into the muck.
Action folded to Tommy Nguyen, who moved all in for 100,000. It folded around to Liubomyr Melnyk in the small blind, who made the call to put Nguyen at risk and the cards were on their backs.

The board came down 4♥A♦A♠7♥J♣, giving Nguyen a full house on the river. He secured the double up and earned a second life in the tournament.
Peter Cross raised to 40,000 from early position, and Giovanni Zanette called in the big blind.
Both checked on a flop of 6♣4♥Q♠, and both players checked again on the 6♠ turn.
Zanette checked again on the 9♣ river which induced a bet of 20,000 from Cross which Zanette called.
Cross tabled the winner with J♠J♣.
