Seiver Takes From Harman, Doubles Sternheimer

Level 9 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 3,000 ante
Scott Seiver
Scott Seiver

It folded to Scott Seiver in the small blind, who raised to 9,000. Jennifer Harman called in the big blind, and each player drew one card.

The duo checked to showdown, where Seiver's 9x8x7x5x2x raked in the chips.

"I almost bet," Harman added.

On the next deal, Philip Sternheimer made it 4,500 to go in middle position. Alexander Wilkinson called in the cutoff, seeing Scott Seiver three-bet to 17,000 on the button.

Sternheimer then moved in his stack of 35,500. Wilkinson got out of the way, but Seiver snap-called and drew one card after Sternheimer remained pat.

Philip Sternheimer: 10x8x7x6x3x All in
Scott Seiver: 9x8x5x2x

Seiver did not improve, and after sweating his new card, he quickly added his hand to the muck.
