Michael Wagner Eliminated in 7th Place ($42,295)
Level 40
: Blinds 1,000,000/1,500,000, 1,500,000 ante
After being left short-stacked the previous hand Michael Wagner moved all in from the hijack for 2,900,000. Joseph Sia called from the cutoff only for Karapet Galstyan sat in the small blind to then three-bet all in and he had Sia covered.
Sia went deep into the tank for about three minutes before he released his hand and claimed that he held AxQx.
Michael Wagner: A♦10♠
Karapet Galstyan: A♠A♣
No miracles for Wagner on the Q♣Q♦6♣2♣3♥ run out and he was sent to the rail in seventh spot. Sia would have obviously scooped in a monster pot and taken out two players.
