Hatmaker Loses Some to Lin; Hatmaker Doubles Through Lin

Level 26 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Casey Hatmaker
Casey Hatmaker

Casey Hatmaker raised to 160,000 under the gun and Ren Lin called from the big blind.

Both players checked the 1087 flop and the 4 came on the turn. Lin bet 200,000, which Hatmaker called.

A 3 fell on the river and Lin jammed for Hatmaker's remaining 705,000. Hatmaker tanked for a while before eventually letting go of his cards.

Then on the very next hand, which was set to be the final hand before the redraw after an elimination on the other table, Lin jammed from the small blind and Hatmaker again found himself facing a decision for his tournament life, this time in the big blind.

Casey Hatmaker: K7 All in
Ren Lin: 103

Hatmaker had come to the right decision and was rewarded for it on the A2AK4 runout after pairing his king, leaving Lin drawing dead by the turn.

Hatmaker secured the double-up and the remaining players then drew seats for the final table.
