Ramirez Gets Half to Survive
Level 30
: 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante
Senovio Ramirez potted to 450,000 in the small blind and Christopher Alcindor called from the big blind.
On the 9♣4♠3♦ flop, Ramirez jammed for his remaining 700,000, and Alcindor put in the call after a small tank.
Senovio Ramirez: A♣K♥8♦5♥3♥
Christopher Alcindor: Q♥J♥10♠4♣2♣
The 8♠ turn was a great card for Ramirez, giving him the low and two pair. However, the river was the J♦, and Alcindor made a straight for the high, and the pot was chopped.
