Massive Cooler, And Some Speech Play, Doubles Up Seiver

Level 1
Scott Seiver
Scott Seiver

No-Limit 2-7 Single Draw

Scott Seiver had raised in the hijack when Robert Wells three-bet to 2,100 on the button. Seiver responded with a four-bet to 7,200, which Wells called.

Both players drew one card on the draw. Seiver then spent some time looking at the clock before he checked. Wells tossed in a massive bet of 25,000, sending Seiver into the tank.

"I was so happy to hit my card, but then you bet 25,000?" Seiver said as he pondered his decision.

Eventually, he decided to move all in for 40,800. Wells snapped him off, but his 8x6x4x3x2x was no match for the 7x6x4x3x2x of Seiver. Seiver raked in the pot and doubled up, leaving Wells on a short stack.
