Defending Champion Pats and Bets; No Comeback for Wells

Level 3

Badugi

Robert Mizrachi raised in the cutoff and called when Ryan Hoenig tossed in a third bet from the small blind. Hoenig stood pat, Mizrachi drew one card, and Hoenig bet.

Mizrachi called to the second draw, where he drew one card again against Hoenig's pat hand. Hoenig kept betting, and Mizrachi took one final card after he called.

Hoenig quickly threw in more chips after the final draw, but no showdown took place as Mizrachi laid his hand down.

Earlier, Robert Wells had become the first elimination of Day 1.
