Brian Tate raised in the small blind, and Jeremy Ausmus called in the big blind. Both players drew three cards, after which Tate bet and Ausmus called.
The second draw saw both players draw one card. Tate slowed down and checked before he called a bet by Ausmus. On the final draw, Tate still needed one card, prompting Ausmus to remain pat.
They then checked it to showdown. Tate announced a pair, and Ausmus tabled 10x8x6x5x4x to take the pot in response.
