Boat Gets Bosman More Than a Double
Level 28
: Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Pot-Limit Omaha
Hans Bosman opened the action with a raise to 250,000 from middle position, and was called by Chaoxing Li in the cutoff. It then folded to the small blind Angel Castropinto, who went all in for 240,000.
The flop came 8♥J♣4♦ and Bosman moved all in for 550,000. Li took his time before making the call to put Bosman at risk.
Angel Castropinto: A♣10♠10♣3♥
Hans Bosman: Q♠Q♥8♠8♣
Chaoxing Li: A♠K♣K♠9♣
Bosman was in front with his set of eights, and when the board ran out J♥ on the turn, and 6♦ on the river, Bosman improved to a full house to more than double up, while knocking out Castropinto.
