Sklar was drawing to the nut low, while Kihara had the nut flush draw with top pair. The 7♥ turn completed the low, and the 9♠ river gave Sklar top pair, as he went runner-runner to scoop each side of the pot.

Kihara's stack becomes short as he chases yet another bracelet in a $10,000 Championship event this summer.
