The action was picked up on a board of 8♣J♣4♥2♠8♠ with Adrian Mateos in the big blind betting 1,200,000. With 650,000 behind, Sergio Aido in early position went deep into the tank but folded.

In the next hand, Mateos in the small blind checked a flop of Q♥J♣9♠. Sam Soverel in the big blind bet 140,000 and Mateos called.
