Koon Gets Away Against Kenney
Level 20
: Blinds 200,000/400,000, 400,000 ante
Bryn Kenney opened to 850,000 from under the gun holding 4♠4♣, and Jason Koon made the call with 9♣9♥ in the cutoff.
Kenney led out for 1,200,000 on the 2♦5♠10♥ flop, and Koon called to see the 3♣ turn. Kenney picked up a straight draw and checked, with Koon checking behind.
The 6♠ river completed Kenney's straight, and he took some time before firing a overbet of 7,200,000. Koon studied his opponent before letting his hand go, and Kenney took down the pot.
