The 9 on the turn was a huge blow for Sammartino, and the 5 on the river ended his tournament run. Weis knuckled it over to Lin on the 8K10 flop, and Lin fired 60,000. Weis called.

A board-pairing K rolled off on the turn, and both players checked to the 3 river. Weis led out for 275,000, sending Lin into the tank. After considering his options, Lin jammed, covering Weis.

Weis had 1,370,000 behind and gave the decision plenty of thought before deciding to call.

It was bad news for Weis as Lin tabled K3 for a rivered full house. Weis showed 88 for a smaller boat, and his tournament came to an end.

Action folded to Kristen Foxen in the small blind who put Jakob Miegel all in from the big blind for 595,000, Miegel called.

Foxen was ahead as the flop came 4J2. The 3 on the turn gave Miegel plenty of outs, and the 5 on the river improved Foxen to a set. However, it also completed a straight for Miegel, earning him the double-up.

Sapitavicius Check-Raises the River

Three ways to the 7J3 flop, where Arunas Sapitavicius checked from the big blind, Jovan Kenjic checked from the cutoff, and Ren Lin checked back on the button.

The K turn was checked through again, and the 2 completed the board.

After Sapitavicius checked, Kenjic fired out 55,000. Lin folded A5, but Sapitavicius check-raised to 325,000 with 62. Kenjic let go of Q8, and Sapitavicius scooped in the pot.

Glazer Makes the Better Hand Fold

There were 240,000 chips in the pot on a flop of 7Q3.

Jordan Glazer in the big blind with 94 fired out a bet of 60,000, Michael Wilklow in the small blind with A10 made the call. Both players checked on the J turn.

Wilklow checked again on the 7 river which Glazer saw an opportunity to fire out a bet of 300,000 and Wilklow made the fold.

Zolotow's Still Fighting

Paul Volpe raised the button to 70,000 and Steve Zolotow jammed the small blind for 190,000. Volpe stuck in the call to try and finish off Zolotow.

Volpe had just decimated Zolotow's stack with aces versus jacks in a recent hand, and now had the chance to claim his bounty.

The JK9 flop gave each player a pair, although Zolotow was ahead with top pair.

The 7 turn was safe for Zolotow, and the A completed the board, improving him to two pair and keeping him in the tournament.

Martinez Stays Alive

Volpe With the Rockets

Simon Wilson raised to 60,000 on the button, Paul Volpe three-bet to 190,000 in the small blind, then Steve Zolotow in the big blind just called. Action was back on Wilson who made the fold.

Volpe fired out a bet of 140,000 when the flop came 654, and Zolotow put Volpe all in for 645,000 more, Volpe called.

Foxen Bets Sverko Out

Sverko checked it over to Foxen on the QA6 flop, and Foxen took the betting lead by firing 45,000. Sverko continued with a call.

The 5 rolled off on the turn and Sverko checked again. Foxen placed out a second barrel of around 220,000, which forced Sverko to fold.
