Mokhammad Gets Some Off Shankar

Erick Torres

Level 28 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Kamel Mokhammad raised to 250,000 from the cutoff and was called by Ravi Shankar in the big blind.

Both players checked the J♠A♥J♦ flop to bring the 5♣ turn. Shankar fired 300,000 and was called by Mokhammad.

The Q♦ river led to a bet of 500,000 from Shankar. Mokhammad gave it some thought before he put in the call.

Shankar showed trips with J♥8♣6♠2♦2♠, but it was no good as Mokhammad fanned K♦Q♠J♣9♠6♥ for a full house to take down the pot.
