Four-Card Contenders Return for Day 2 of $1,000 Pot-Limit Omaha
After three opening flights of Event #57: $1,000 Pot-Limit Omaha, the remaining 213 contenders return in the money to compete for a spot at the latest final table of the 2026 World Series of Poker.
The field will combine into a single room today at Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas, with action resuming at 12 p.m. local time. The tournament saw a total of 3,763 entries, creating a massive prize pool of $2,558,182.
Sitting atop the overall leaderboard is France's Florian Guimond, who set the pace on the final and largest flight to collect 1,011,000 chips. He is followed by Craig Jones, also passing the million-chip mark to bag up 100 big blinds on Day 1b.
The opening flight was led by Paul Roy, sitting fourth overall with 934,000 heading into today's action. That total was matched by Koji Fujimoto, who has locked up a fourth cash of the series while looking to surpass his tenth-place finish in Event #27: $10,000 Dealer's Choice Championship.

The remaining field is full of WSOP bracelet winners and 25K Fantasy players, including Ray Henson (609,000) sitting just outside the top 30 when action resumes. Multiple bracelet champions Lawrence Brandt (539,000) and David Prociak (497,000) also return with healthy stacks, as do Allan Le (490,000), Jeff Madsen (421,000) and Mike Leah (348,000).
Other notable players to keep an eye on as the field will rapidly trim down today include Robert Mizrachi (273,000), Phil Laak (211,000), Yuval Bronshtein (124,000) and Daniel Negreanu (87,000).
Allen Kessler (83,000) also returns as one of the shorter stacks in the room, picking up his eighth cash of the series.
Players will return in the money on Level 18, with blinds of 5,000/10,000 to begin Day 2. Levels will continue to be 60 minutes long, with breaks scheduled after every two hours of play.
Everyone remaining has locked up at least $3,010, with the top prize of $390,300 awaiting the eventual champion. Action will continue today until the final five players remain to bag up for Day 3.
