Wong Takes More From Hubbard as Le Survives Bubble

Level 17 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Stephen Hubbard raised in the cutoff and called a three-bet from Jerry Wong on the button. Each player took two cards on the first draw, after which Hubbard check-called Wong's bet.

Hubbard still needed two cards on the second draw. Wong had improved to a one-draw, and he bet after Hubbard checked. Hubbard called to the final draw, where he requested one more card.

Wong stood pat behind and received a check-fold when he tossed in a final bet.

Over at an adjacent table, small blind Young Ko took one card on the second draw, with Nam Le standing pat behind in the big blind. Le then moved in his last 8,000, which Ko check-called.

The final draw went one, pat, and Le doubled up when he tabled 8x6x4x3x2x against the 9x7x6x3x2x of Ko.
