It has been thirteen years since Brian Yoon won his first World Series of Poker bracelet. Since then, Yoon has become a mainstay at the WSOP, going on to capture four more pieces of the coveted poker hardware while being consistently picked in the 25K Fantasy draft. His last victory came in the $10K Seven Card Stud Championship in 2023, and today, Yoon is tantalizingly close to booking another win in the same format, looking to become only the 27th player in WSOP history to add a sixth bracelet to his collection.
He will be one of only six players returning to the Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas at 1 p.m. local time for the final day of Event #6: $1,500 Seven Card Stud of the 2026 WSOP. The six remaining contenders are the last ones standing from a field of 359. They will distribute the biggest shares of the $476,572 prize pool among them, with the top prize amounting to $103,184.
Yoon will come back to a stack of 1,200,000, good for ten big bets and placing him fourth in the standings. Fellow 25K picks Bradley Jansen and Jonathan Glendinning are the short stacks with 375,000 and 135,000, respectively, while the chip lead is in the hands of Thomas Savitsky. He is on his second-ever WSOP final table and will be looking to use his 3,000,000 chips to improve on his fifth-place finish in a pot-limit hold'em event in 2007.

Play will kick off today with Level 26, which has limits of 60,000/120,000. All levels will remain 60 minutes long, with a small break scheduled after every two levels. A new champion in this event will be crowned today, as Day 3 will conclude only when a winner has been declared.
