Negreanu and Choi Battle in PLO

Level 2

Pot-Limit Omaha

In a five-way limped pot, Daniel Negreanu led for 5,000 from the small blind on the 942 flop. Kevin Choi called in the big blind, while original limper Brian Rast, Joao Vieira, and Chris Brewer on the button all folded.

Negreanu led again for 15,000 on the J turn, and Choi stuck around.

On the 5 river, Negreanu checked to Choi who bet 40,000, and Negreanu opted to lay it down after a minute's tank, unable to find the appropriate amount of bluffs.

The very next hand, Negreanu potted to 5,500 on the button and only Choi called in the small blind.

On the K54 flop, Negreanu continued for 5,500 before Choi check-raised to 21,000, and Negreanu called.

Choi then check-called a bet of 40,000 on the 8 turn.

The J peeled off on the river as Choi checked for a third time to Negreanu who bet 100,000 into a pot of 136,000. Nearly two minutes would roll off the clock before Choi elected to fold, and Negreanu has gotten his stack back above starting.
