Mizrachi's Roller Coaster Continues

Level 6
Michael Mizrachi
Michael Mizrachi

No-Limit Hold'em

Chino Rheem opened his button to 8,000. Michael Mizrachi made it 22,000 to go in the small blind, which Rheem called after some thought.

Mizrachi continued for 15,000 on the Q79 flop, to which Rheem check-folded 8x8x. Mizrachi then tabled A2, laughing as he dragged the pot.

On the next deal, Mizrachi raised to 7,500 in the cutoff. Big blind Renan Bruschi defended and check-called Mizrachi's continuation-bet of 7,000 on the Q4J flop. The 5 turn then checked through to the 3 river, where Bruschi piled in an overbet of 39,000.

Mizrachi raised to 100,000, receiving a quick call from Bruschi. Mizrachi was reluctant to show as he announced one pair, prompting Bruschi to table 43 for the winning hand.

The game switched to stud the next hand. Mizrachi completed, and Bruschi made it two bets. Mizrachi called but led out on fourth street. Bruschi called, after which the pair checked the subsequent streets to showdown.

"You win," Mizrachi stated. Bruschi tabled a pair of fours, winning the pot as Mizrachi's cards hit the muck.
