Dara Taherpour raised to 20,000 and was called only by the table chip leader Robert Wells out of the big blind. On the 10♠9♣3♦ flop, Wells check-folded to a bet.
Bryn Kenney then potted to 28,000 and won the blinds.
"That's a big pot," Eric Wasserson joked, and Kenney replied, "yeah, I almost doubled my stack".
Kenney limped in next for John Racener in the small blind to follow suit, while Daherpour checked from the big blind. On the A♣A♠2♥ flop, it was checked to Kenney, who bet 8,000. Racener folded, Daherpour check-raised the pot to 56,000 and Kenney instantly folded.
