Eric Wasserson: XxXx/4♣4♥K♥8♣/Xx - folded on seventh street
Phil Ivey: XxXx/9♣Q♣8♦A♥/Xx
Phil Ivey completed, and Eric Wasserson called in the bring-in. Wasserson paired his door card on fourth and led out with a bet. Ivey almost mucked his cards before he confirmed the amount and called.
Wasserson then kept firing on fifth and sixth street, with Ivey tossing in quick calls. Wasserson flicked in another bet on seventh street, but this time Ivey raised.
Wasseron shot up in laughter. "Really?" he asked. "I have three fours. Why would you raise three fours?"
He then went on a minute-long soliloquy about how he had to fold three fours before finally mucking his cards in defeat.
"How many outs did you have?" Wasserson asked Ivey as he was stacking his newly acquired chips, to which the Hall of Famer answered that he had six outs.
"It would have been funnier if you said zero," Wasserson joked, eliciting a smile out of the normally ever-stoic Ivey.
