Near Double Without Showdown for Glantz

Level 18
Matt Glantz
Matt Glantz

Limit Hold'em

Josh Arieh won the first pot after the break when he raised from the small blind into the big blind of Kristopher Tong, who folded.

Arieh then raised the next hand on the button into the big blind of the shortest stack Matt Glantz, picking up a call. Glantz check-called the JJ8 flop and then bet the 2 turn with 10,000 behind. Arieh jokingly asked, "Will you call if I raise," and Glantz replied, "I am still thinking about it".

Arieh folded and said he had king-queen, Glantz raked in the pot.
