Paul Volpe raised it up from the cutoff and Maxx Coleman on the button three-bet. Volpe then four-bet and Coleman called. On the K♦Q♠5♦ flop, Volpe bet for Coleman to call and the same action repeated for the full bet on the 5♣ turn.
Volpe also bet the 3♥ river and that sent Coleman into the tank. More than a minute passed before he called and was shown the A♦A♠9♣3♠ for aces and fives, which was the winning hand for Volpe.
In the next hand, Kristopher Tong raised from under the gun to pick up calls from Phil Ivey in the small blind as well as Josh Arieh in the big blind. They both checked the A♣K♠4♣ flop to Tong, who bet and took it down. Before collecting the chips, Tong flashed the K♦K♣3♣ for middle set and the nut flush draw.
