Zamani Rivers Broadway to Eliminate Amaral
Level 22
: Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Christopher Amaral shoved for approximately 250,000 from the small blind and Martin Zamani quickly announced a call with a covering stack in the big blind.
Christopher Amaral: K♥6♥
Martin Zamani: A♦Q♠
The J♣J♥9♠ flop kept Zamani ahead, but the K♣ turn vaulted Amaral into the lead with a pair of kings.
Zamani still had outs, however, and the 10♠ river was one of them — filling Zamani's straight draw to take the lead and eliminate Amaral late in the evening.
