Audrain's Boat Drowns Niciforo's Straight
Stanislav Blindar in cutoff opened to 400,000 and Christopher Audrain on the button three-bet to 1,100,000. Mario Niciforo in the small blind took a few seconds before pushing all 850,000 of his chips in.
Blindar looked at Audrain's chips as if counting what he had behind. After a few seconds, he decided to fold his hand which prompted Audrain to immediately call Niciforo's all-in.
Mario Niciforo: A♥Q♣
Christopher Audrain: J♦J♠
Niciforo was looking intently at the board, hoping one of his overcards would appear but the flop dropped 6♠10♦K♠. The turn K♦ was another brick then the dealer completed with a J♥ river.
Niciforo initially thought he had won with a straight without realizing that the jack gave Audrain a full house. Niciforo left the table as Audrain added the chips to his stack.
