Nguyen Wins, Lowery Out

Level 32 : Blinds 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante

Phillip Lowery in the big blind and My Nguyen in middle position had already built a pot of 1,400,000 when the flop dropped 8Q2. After action was checked to him, Nguyen fired 375,000. Lowery got a whole tower of chips and pushed it in with the intent of raising but the total worth of the chips were only 525,000 which was not a legal raise.

The floor was called to make a ruling and it was ruled a call but a second opinion was asked. The final ruling was that it was just a call.

The hand continued with a 2 turn. Lowery fired 1,000,000 prompting Nguyen to shove all-in for 5,500,000. Lowery covered made the call.

Phillip Lowery: Q10 All in
My Nguyen: AA

Lowery hit top pair but couldn't beat Nguyens rockets. The dealer completed the board with a 7. Lowery left the table as Nguyen scooped the pot.
