Haletky Paying the Table
Level 41
: Blinds 1,000,000/2,500,000, 2,500,000 ante
Jaime Haletky found himself in all-in situations in back-to-back hands against players under the gun with fewer chips.
In the first one, Dennys Ramos moved all in under the gun for 12,000,000 chips, and Haletky called from the big blind.
Dennys Ramos: A♥7♦
Jaime Haletky: Q♦2♣
Haletky paid for calling that shove in a runout of A♠A♦5♣2♦K♠, that gave Ramos trip aces and a double-up.
In the next hand, Mantas Bagocius moved all in from under the gun with 18,500,000, and when the action reached Haletky in the small blind, he made the call.
Mantas Bagocius: A♦10♥
Jaime Haletky: K♣Q♦
The runout J♥7♥Q♣A♠3♦ teased Haletky with a queen on the flop, but Bagocius spiked an ace on the turn to stay in the tournament.
