Short-handed action takes center stage on June 28 as Event #73: $5,000 6-Handed No-Limit Hold’em begins at the 2026 World Series of Poker hosted by Horseshoe and Paris, Las Vegas. This tournament is widely regarded as one of the most skill-intensive no-limit hold'em events of the summer.

With fewer players at the table, the action is constant, and the aggression is high. This event offers players the chance to compete for a substantial prize pool and the prestige of a short-handed title, often serving as a final tune-up for the world's best players before the Main Event begins.
